Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, Tagg Lane Dairy is a family-run farm celebrated for its premium Jersey milk and award-winning artisan gelato. A popular destination for both locals and tourists, their on-site gelato shop combines rustic charm with high-quality produce, offering visitors a taste of rural luxury in every scoop.
Looking to enhance the customer experience and streamline their promotional messaging, Tagg Lane Dairy partnered with Pioneer Group to bring a modern AV twist to their traditional space.
- The Challenge
Tagg Lane Dairy wanted a way to showcase their products, highlight daily specials, and share brand stories, all while maintaining the warm, welcoming feel of their artisan gelato shop. The solution needed to be visually impactful but in keeping with the aesthetic of the farm setting.

- The Approach
Pioneer Group supplied and installed four Samsung QM43 professional displays mounted seamlessly on a B-Tech X-Rail system, creating a clean, unified digital wall above the gelato counter. These 43” displays offer vibrant 4K resolution with slim bezels and commercial-grade durability—perfect for a busy hospitality environment.
To manage the content across all screens, we implemented the VXT CMS platform. This intuitive content management system enables the team at Tagg Lane Dairy to update menus, rotate seasonal offers, and display eye-catching promotional content—all from one easy-to-use interface.

The result is a sleek, modern digital display that draws attention without overpowering the rustic charm of the space. Visitors are now greeted by dynamic visuals that enhance their experience and showcase the story behind each gelato flavour, while the dairy team enjoys the flexibility and simplicity of the VXT platform.
