BPI Recycling identified the need to modernise its warehouse lighting to enhance safety, improve operational efficiency, and achieve significant energy savings. The challenge was to deliver a solution that would provide optimal illumination while reducing carbon emissions and maintenance costs.

In collaboration with Sylvania Lighting, Pioneer Group delivered a cutting-edge upgrade, replacing existing LEDs with state-of-the-art Kubixx Highbay luminaires featuring SylSmart wireless controls. These advanced luminaires enable intuitive management via PC or smartphone, offering precise dimming and lighting adjustments tailored to operational needs.

The installation was meticulously tested and certified to NICEIC standards, ensuring compliance with industry-leading electrical safety requirements. To guarantee optimal performance, Sylvania’s technical team fully commissioned the system.

- Projected savings over 8 years: £166,100, eliminating maintenance costs.
