Office Refit
Wolverine HQ
- The Challenge
Wolverine Worldwide, established in 1883, is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. With an extensive global footprint and a diverse business model, Wolverine Worldwide represents numerous brands across multiple countries. Wolverine HQ, sought to relocate from their existing office space to a new floor in the same building. The primary goals of the project were to encourage employees to return to the office, create dedicated spaces for all their brands, and unify technology to enhance collaboration for staff and visitors.
- The Approach
Pioneer Group was engaged to provide Wolverine Worldwide with a complete office fit out of a new office space in London. Having been underwhelmed by the solution provided by a previous installer Wolverine turn to Pioneer Group because they wanted to work with a company that looked at “the way we work” from a holistic approach and would put together solutions that were easy to use, showcased their brands and encouraged employees back into the office. Pioneer worked with the Wolverine team to establish exactly what each space would be used for and what were the key requirements before putting together solutions that matched those requirements.
- Kit List
The following kit was specified to provide Wolverine with a simple but effective AV installation that would impress visitors and support communication without being overly fussy or technical.
- The reception area received a 98-inch LG LED wall running Navori digital signage.
- The Digital Gallery: (A space where brands are able to show off their latest products) was fitted out with several Samsung The Frame QLED TVs ranging in sizes from 32” to £55” that are synchronized across the space using Navori digital signage.
- The Merrell Showroom, The Saucony Showroom and the Multi-brand showroom have been treated to a 75-inch Sony professional display and Yealink video conferencing systems. The Sony professional displays were selected due to their colour accuracy which is extremely important for the brands that Wolverine represent.
- The Cafeteria: Three 75-inch Sony screens displaying live TV and digital signage for consistency.
- Internal office space: 43-inch Iiyama interactive displays with Yealink VC bars for Zoom video conferencing.
- Focus workspace pods: 43-inch and 50-inch Sony Bravia displays equipped with Jabra Panacast for video conferencing where used fro the workspace pods that catered for 4 or 6 persons. The Jabra Panacast 50 was specified for it’s 180 degree field view camera allowing all participants in the room to be seen when on a video call.
