RDSE was, as always, a fantastic opportunity to meet with retail industry experts to discuss their digital signage needs.
Our stand included customer journey solutions from Qmatic, which allows retailers to analyse how people interact with a certain space to create impactful customer journeys. Its self-service kiosk is designed to reduce customer wait times, improve efficiency and increase revenues.
Advantech provided us with camera solutions, heat mapping, 2D and 3D people counting. Visitors could then view and analyse data on our monitors. This kind of software can detect whether a customer is in a particular mood and promote certain products – for example a mood boosting vitamin – as a solution. It can even target age and gender and display content accordingly.
Our 86” Stretches featured a one push button solution with Signagelive and an interactive solution using a Chromebase mini and Stratos Media. We also showcased a high bright 1 x 4 display to demonstrate to retailers the powerful impact of window displays.
The touch screen mirror from Allsee allowed visitors to view and interact with a range of products, putting the customer centre stage of the decision making purchasing process. Its ground breaking Touch Screen Content Management System allows users to create custom layouts, putting them in control of as they create, deploy and touch bespoke content on screen.
Electronic shelf labelling from LG Innotek was also on show demonstrating the innovative options coming to market in video and smart shelf displays. Providing a totally future-proof solution for price ticketing systems, these ESLs can be integrated into Smart Retail Solutions, enabling store promotions, EPOS and shelf edge to be synchronised to one common platform.
