Our extensive work with KFC has been shortlisted for a prestigious AV Award for Retail Project of the Year 2016!
KFC started waving goodbye to printed paper menus in 2015 as we worked to help them become the first QSR company to adopt a fully digital solution across its entire estate in UK and Ireland. From the initial roll out of 400 stores within five months, a gradual progression saw installations in over 850 stores throughout 2015.
To account for the differences between each restaurant, every digital solution was a bespoke design comprising of five LG displays above each counter in either 32”, 42” and 47”. The full digitalisation movement from KFC saves time and staff resource as the thrice daily menu changes occur at exactly the right point, also enhancing the customer experience.
The winner will be unveiled at the award presentation held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Friday 30th September.
